Return and Refund
We
believe in highest quality products so much that If you are for any
reason dissatisfied with any item purchased online, please warehouse@vivlia.co.za within 30 days of purchase.
Your purchase will be evaluated to see if you qualify for a full refund,
replacement or exchange. You will need to provide the original invoice, and the
items purchased in their original packaging.
Damages
Should a product be damaged or missing any
parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us
within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange to collect the product from you at
no charge. Once we have inspected the product and
validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as
soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock
to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the
product (or refund you if that is your preference)
Cancellation
If
for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done only by
contacting Customer Service +27 (0) 11 472 3912. You
will only be able to cancel orders until midnight on the day prior to the date
of delivery. We may debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of
any late cancellations. If you cancel a
payment or if your payment card should
cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will remain liable for the full
purchase price, including all related costs. We reserve the right to cancel any
order/sale and/or your registration in the event of a breach of any of these
T’s & C’s.
Delivery
Deliveries take 2-5 working
day subject to stock availability, we do however make no
warranty that all items will definitely arrive within said time. Unfortunately,
items may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. When we are informed of any delays
that will mean your items will arrive after the shipping estimate period has
elapsed, then we will notify you as soon as possible. Deliveries are made
Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm. Please note that we do not deliver on public
holidays and over weekends.
We charge a standard
delivery fee of R60 per order.
Please note that we can
only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic
of South Africa.
